Calling all artists, photographers, poets, and fiction writers: Bartleby, Magazine for the Arts is now accepting submissions for our Summer issue. Deadline for submissions is May 25, 2011.
WRITERS: We publish short fiction between 1-8 pages long, with a preference for work between 1 and 5 pages. See website for details.
ARTISTS: We publish only non-contemporary art. If accepted, we may send a photographer to you to photograph your art. (Local artists for this service only)
POETS: We prefer traditional forms, but would consider exemplary examples of non-traditional poetry.
PHOTOGRAPHERS: Please send only high resolution images (300 dpi) 4x6in, PDF. Artistic photography of items, objects, landscapes preffered.

Bartleby, Magazine for the Arts is a venue for writers and artists to gain exposure and sell their work. It is published thrice yearly by trimester and distributed to businesses throughout DuPage County. Bartleby publishes previously unpublished as well as previously published work.
