quiet Shorts is a biannual arts journal that exhibits a collection of voices – poems, essays, short stories, memoirs, reviews, lyrics, photographs, drawings, paintings and other forms best suited for the page. By placing our voices next to each other, quiet Shorts aims to provide a context for dialogue, a place for education, and a seed for motivation.
quiet’s 2012 season theme is All or Nothing: Stories of the Disillusioned, Disenfranchised, and Displaced. All 2012 issues of quiet Shorts will explore social class dynamics. Get creative with what this theme means to you!
